On the way out of Lodi, we took a break at a gas station. I got out and stretched, and noticed something peculiar in the shotgun seat of this Scholastic truck.
Heh. I wonder how many kids notice as they barrel down the highway?

I’m guessing quite a few. My kids may not be able see the shoes that I’ve laid out for them in plain view but they can find the weirdest details while we’re out and about. I guarantee you that my son would see that co-pilot and start asking 101 questions about it.
