Raven’s Range
Blather around a virtual range

Range can mean so many things, can’t it? I looked it up when trying to pick out a domain name, and there were about twenty definitions. At least three of them stuck out, so Raven’s Range it was.

A range of things. The home range. A kitchen range.

That’s what I plan for this blog. It’s a blog about anything and everything. Here, I can write about whatever suits me: a range of topics, in fact. Of all my blogs, this one is the home range, where I don’t have to think about whether it’s on topic or not…it’s the hub of the raven blogs.

The best moments, the happiest conversations, setting the world to rights…for me, these have always happened in a nice, warm kitchen. I want this blog to feel a little like that: sitting around the nice warm kitchen range, talking about stuff and maybe even nonsense.

Come on down: the cookies are warm, and calorie-free. Just right for those New Years Resolutions. :)
