Raven’s Range is run by Linda Raven Moore, which is a pen/creative name. It is operated under the wing of Annwn Web Creations LLC, which is also owned by Linda Raven Moore, under her legal name, which is Linda Gentile. Anything PayPal will appear as Annwn Web Creations LLC.

Names and locations in this blog are sometimes changed to preserve privacy.

Your Privacy

I do not sell your email address to others. Spammers! Bah! Ptui!
If you order a copy of my book, A Little Twist of Texas, I may send you a postcard or letter with promotions or announcements. If you don’t want me to, please say so as you order, or contact me to be removed.
I don’t sell your mailing address to others, either.
You can unsubscribe from Raven’s Blogs Update at any time by hitting reply and putting “unsubscribe” in the subject.
Like every website in the known universe, Raven’s Range maintains server logs which are used in aggregate form to determine traffic, patterns, and the like.
The blog sets cookies, as do all WordPress blogs. I use affiliate programs through LinkShare, Commission Junction, Amazon.com and other programs. I disclose these links and they may set cookies too. So may advertising programs such as any Chitika ads or other ads.

Your Comments

This is a conditional do-follow blog which uses the Lucia’s Linky Love plugin. This means that if you become a regular commenter, your links in comments will, after a certain (unrevealed) number of comments all count towards your Google/Technorati rating, but until that point they will not be do-follow.

Here is my policy re: comments.

I like comments. Comment! Lots!
All first-time commenters are moderated, so please be patient. I can spot a for-promotion-only comment a mile away. I also quickly figure out if you’re here just for the link back. Seriously? Don’t bother. ;)
Please use your real name or your real nickname in the comment, not a keyword. I’ll change all keywords to either your blogging name, if I can find it, or something silly, if I can’t.
Comments that have no bearing on the post at hand, or which are abusive, will be removed at my sole discretion. Likewise, comments which do not add any value to the conversation may be removed, depending on how well I know you and whether I think you’re commenting just to get a do follow link, etc.
Seriously: if you’re here in good faith, you won’t have a problem.
I try to reply to all comments. Sometimes, I bundle a few up into one post, especially if they are similar. Otherwise, I reply individually and you will get an email telling you what I said.
You can subscribe to comments for a particular post by checking the checkbox, and manage your subscriptions from within that same post. If you subscribe, you won’t get duplicates. My two plugins (the one that replies to the specific comment and the subscription one) are supposed to play nicely together.

Linking

Raven’s Range believes in linky goodness. Link to this site in your blogroll or links page, contact me to tell me where to find the link, and you can expect a link back.

Exceptions:

Link farms
Spam and porn sites (note that I do not consider a personal site that deals with sexuality to be porn.)
Sites promoting illegal activities, warez, and hatred.
Characterless ulterior-motive sites.
