I spent a couple of days doing mega-cooking, putting together a bunch of dishes for later freezing and easy preparation. This technique is called once-a-month cooking and it’s worked well those times that I make the time to do it. This one’s a lentil-veggie-cheese bake.

Without internet, it’s easy to make the time.
