Duct tape rules! Slowly but surely Beastie’s seat had been unraveling itself, with bits of foam sticking out. Eventually the bike and a roll of duct tape coincided, and while it’s certainly “homespun”, it’s a lot neater and better to sit on. New seats would set me back a couple of hundred, and so this is a pretty good stop-gap.
