California poppies

The campground is awash with California poppies just now. Unfortunately this lot were closed due to it being fairly early in the morning, but sometime in the next week or so I’ll go out and take some more photographs. These are really gorgeous–I love the way they brighten up the most dull of days.
For those who live locally, Alviso will be full of them too at this time of year, and it’s full of snarfs too. ;)
