Attitude readjustment
Filed in Blog, Daily Image
Today was a One Of Those Days. I was trying to work, but there were too many distractions. We were about to set out on a short errands run, but I couldn’t find my keys. I had a fairly well controlled panic attack while trying to find them and tearing aside my corner of the rig, but they turned out to be in my saddlebags, having fallen there when I dumped back my bungee cords yesterday.
I tried to wear my new boots in some more, but had to take them off as even standing up in the things was very painful. After that, I took a nap, and then did laundry, and had another panic attack mid-way through when I couldn’t find the card (the laundry here is card operated, not coin). I had put it away, something that I don’t typically do before I put the clothing in the dryer and use it for the second time.
At this stage I decided an attitude readjustment was in order, and planned my next snarfari, sometime after I’d called on Don to get rid of the wasp’s nest in the heater vent.

At least you have a nice new orange chair to sit in! (Where’s your next snarfari?)

I’m going to Stockton with Amber today, but I’ve got a route planned around the gold country for Wednesday or Thursday. I really need a good long ride into some areas I’ve never seen before. :)
