Blather around a virtual range

Each evening I like to clear everything off my desk except for the basket that holds mathoms such as my card reader and spectacle case.

I like to wake up and see my nice, clean, empty “desk” awaiting, just like a fresh piece of paper. The possibilities are endless. What might I start, complete, or continue? What ideas may come?

I was wondering if anybody else likes to do that, or for that matter, what your “morning ritual” tends to be.
